VARIATION ON TICKETS ALREADY ISSUED
In the event of a change to an already issued ticket, an explicit request must be sent by e-mail to info@navitalia.com.
Variation requests received in other forms than those indicated will not be considered.

N.B.
- Each change in the ticket issued is subject to the payment of €5.00 in favour of Navitalia.com, in addition to the payment of any penalties required by the Shipping Company;
- the cancellation of an issued ticket shall entail the withholding of 20% of the total amount by Navitalia.com and of the penalty provided for in the general terms and conditions by the Shipping Company;
- Any refund due to a change in or cancellation of an issued ticket will be refunded to the customer when the Navigation Company has credited the amount back to Navitalia.com;
- Navitalia.com is not liable for missed departures of carriers or changes in services operated by the Shipping Companies.
