This policy describes how the Web Site is managed and how personal data relating to users accessing it is processed; any third-party Internet site to which you may be redirected from the Web Site is therefore excluded.
The site offers the possibility of conducting electronic Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions and/or Business to Consumer (B2C).
By using this website, by providing MAURINO SHIPPING SRL with your Personal Identifying Data (as defined below) or by otherwise indicating your consent to receive marketing or other information, you consent to all operations carried out by MAURINO SHIPPING SRL in relation to your Personal Identifying Data as set out in this Policy.

1.- Purpose and legal basis of processing.

3 Redirect to external sites
The website uses so-called social plug-ins, i.e. special tools that allow social network functionalities to be incorporated directly into a website.
Each of the social plug-ins on the Website is identified by the logo owned by the social platform, in this case the logo. You Tube, Faacebook, Linkedin, Google Plus, Twitter, Instagramm, Zopim.

9 Method of use of personal identification data collected
MAURINO SHIPPING SRL collects Personal Identifying Data relating to private customers, Site visitors and others in order to provide an experience that meets their specific needs. MAURINO SHIPPING SRL may collect, use and disclose Personal Identifying Data for one or more of the following purposes:

The Data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the appointees appointed pursuant to Art. 30 of the Privacy Code and Art. 29 of the GDPR.
The Data may also be communicated to companies/professional firms that provide assistance, consultancy, collaboration to the data controller in accounting, administrative, fiscal, legal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations within the limits established by law or regulation and to third party service providers to whom the communication is necessary for the fulfilment of the services covered by the order and/or contract
In any case, the use of such entities will be subject to their commitment to comply with privacy legislation.
The Data are not subject to dissemination.
12.- Intention of the Data Controller
The Data Controller has no intention of transferring the Data conferred to a third country or international organisation.
13.- Period of data retention.
The Data provided will be retained for a period not exceeding 2 (two) years after the user's request for deletion from the database sent by email to info@navitalia.com.
After the expiry of the above-mentioned periods, the Data will be destroyed.
Finally, we reserve the right to retain so-called log-in and log-out data for a longer period, in order to be able to deal with possible offences committed against the Website (hacking activities).
14.- Compulsory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a refusal to answer.
The provision of Data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letters a) and b) is necessary for the correct and complete execution of the order, and any refusal to do so will make it impossible to perform the services covered by the order. The provision of Data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letter c) is compulsory as it is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations. The provision of Data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letter d) is optional.
15.- Existence of automated decision-making.
There is no automated decision-making process.
16.- Rights of the data subject and how to exercise them.
The Data Subject has the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (access to personal data, rectification or erasure ("right to be forgotten") of personal data or restriction of the processing of Data concerning him/her, right to object to their processing, right to Data portability; right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority). The rights may be exercised at any time by sending a registered letter with advice of receipt to the company in the person of its pro-tempore administrator and legal representative, or an e-mail to info@navitalia.com.
17.- Data Controller and Data Processor.
The Data Controller and Data Processor is MAURINO SHIPPING SRL, in the person of its Director and pro-tempore legal representative, with registered office in TERMOLI (CB) - Inner Harbour North East Pier - C.F./P.Iva 01725290702.
18 - Policy changes
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The date on which this Policy was last updated can be found at the top of this page. In the event of material changes to this Policy, the data controller will communicate on the Site that its privacy policy has been changed, providing a link to the new version. In the event of substantial changes to its methods of use of the User's Personal Identifying Information, MAURINO SHIPPING SRL shall inform the User by email to the email address specified in his/her account (where applicable) and/or by means of a notification published on the home page of the Site, offering him/her the possibility to refuse such new or different use. Any changes to the Policy will become effective when the new version of the Policy is published on the Site.
